• Underside is constructed from high quality epoxy for a non-slip grip and extra durability.
• Stain resistant material makes cleaning a breeze – use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
• Designed to withstand everyday wear, this rug is kid approved and pet friendly. Perfect for high traffic areas of your home such as living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways
• Machine woven for maximum durability and minimal shedding
• Easy to clean and maintain, we recommend vacuuming or sweeping regularly; as well as, spot cleaning with a clean cloth. Always test a small area first.

Processing Time:
It takes 5-7 days in regular seasons. However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
Yes (where applicable). We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Yes, for sure. You have 24 hours to change/cancel your order from the time your checkout is completed. However, please note that the cancellation fee will be 5 USD/item for services charge. Once the 24-hour period has passed, as soon as we processed your order, it's hard to change/cancel your order.
Therefore, please carefully before placing your order.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we normally do not receive return items.
If you receive the wrong/defective item(s) in case it was our fault, we are happy to send you the correct one(s) without any extra fees and you will NOT need to return them to us.
* REFUNDS
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to refund or replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed/defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- We sent you the wrong size product.
Please email us at customspig@gmail.com with a photo of the product you've received along with detailed shots of the flaws. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a refund or replacement free of charge.
Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refund if:
• You change your mind and don't want the items anymore (over 24 hours), or the size you picked yourself is wrong.
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)
