Between 4-5 business days (during holiday season, it can go upto 7-8 days) - we have an in-house team who work hard to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. Even during busy times, we aim to stay underneath four days (and we haven’t gone beyond yet!). Some art styles will take longer than others.
We should also note that quicker artwork is available, and we can get it to you in one business day if you choose the option during checkout!
Be the first of the line! Instead of waiting for your design between 4-5 business days, your design will be ready for review within 1-2 business days!
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.
Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS.
Can I change the Artwork after Approval?
Potentially - it depends how quickly you contact us after the approval and when we see your message. If we can reach the printing team and find your order to stop it, we will. If your message comes late and we couldn't stop it on the order line, we'd love to make you happy, so please get in touch - we'll see what we can do!
And please include your order number and provide as much detail as possible within the email so we can assist you.
Processing Time
It takes 7-10 days in regular seasons to produce the order and update tracking number on the system (shipping time is not included).
It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.
Shipping Time (Updated from Jun 20th, 2025)
We have two types of shipping: fast shipping standard shipping
- Fast shipping: It takes 8-10 days to deliver the package
- Standard shipping: It takes about 15 days to to deliver the package
Both options' shipping times are applied when the tracking number is updated on the system. Please note that shipping time does not include processing and production time after you place your order.
