Each Sweater is custom printed, cut, and sewn just for you when you place your order ? there may be small differences in the design on the seams and/or arms due to the custom nature of the production process!
Processing Time
It takes 7-10 days in regular seasons to produce the order and update tracking number on the system (shipping time is not included).
It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.
Shipping Time (Updated from Jun 20th, 2025)
We have two types of shipping: fast shipping standard shipping
- Fast shipping: It takes 8-10 days to deliver the package
- Standard shipping: It takes about 15 days to to deliver the package
Both options' shipping times are applied when the tracking number is updated on the system. Please note that shipping time does not include processing and production time after you place your order.
