Between 4-5 business days (during holiday season, it can go upto 7-8 days) - we have an in-house team who work hard to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. Even during busy times, we aim to stay underneath four days (and we havenŸ??t gone beyond yet!). Some art styles will take longer than others.

We should also note that quicker artwork is available, and we can get it to you in one business day if you choose the option during checkout!

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS.

Can I change the Artwork after Approval?

Potentially - it depends how quickly you contact us after the approval and when we see your message. If we can reach the printing team and find your order to stop it, we will. If your message comes late and we couldn't stop it on the order line, we'd love to make you happy, so please get in touch - we'll see what we can do!

And please include your order number and provide as much detail as possible within the email so we can assist you.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. However, if your shipping address is in an area we are unable to reach, we will contact you.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery location.
You can find the exact shipping fee by adding the item to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your shipping address. The shipping cost will be updated instantly and included in your final total.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update after shipment. You will receive a tracking number within 10-15 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times vary based on the destination:

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or misrepresented item, please contact us at Support@HumansBold.com with a clear photo of the issue. The best photos should be taken on a flat surface, showing the item's tag and the problem area.

Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement at no extra cost—there’s no need to return the defective item.

You must notify us of any issues within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
