It takes 5-7 days in regular seasons. However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.
Yes (where applicable). We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Yes, for sure. You have 24 hours to change/cancel your order from the time your checkout is completed. However, please note that the cancellation fee will be 5 USD/item for services charges. Once the 24-hour period has passed, as soon as we process your order, it's hard to change/cancel your order.

* RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we normally do not receive return items.
If you receive the wrong/defective item(s) in case it was our fault, we are happy to send you the correct one(s) without any extra fees and you will NOT need to return them to us.
* REFUNDS
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to refund or replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed/defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- We sent you the wrong size product.
Please email us at HumansBold@gmail.com with a photo of the product you've received along with detailed shots of the flaws. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a refund or replacement free of charge.
Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refund if:
• You change your mind and don't want the items anymore (over 24 hours), or the size you picked yourself is wrong.
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of HumansBold (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• You are not satisfied with the fabric material. We mentioned fabric material clearly in the "Product Description" section. The fabric material clearly in the product description
• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Processing Time
It takes 7-10 days in regular seasons to produce the order and update tracking number on the system (shipping time is not included).
It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.

We have two types of shipping: fast shipping standard shipping
- Fast shipping: It takes 8-10 days to deliver the package
- Standard shipping: It takes about 15 days to to deliver the package
Both options' shipping times are applied when the tracking number is updated on the system. Please note that shipping time does not include processing and production time after you place your order.
